Will a new forever family fall in love with Romeo before Valentine’s Day? This one-year-old Lab mix was originally adopted in February of last year as a puppy. He had been found tied to the front of somebody’s house. Then his new family had to move and couldn’t bring him along, so they took him back to the Houston SPCA in October. He’s a playful dog with boundless energy, and he loves using that energy to play fetch. When he’s not running around, his activity of choice is cuddling with his owners. Wherefore art thou, Romeo’s forever home?
